Power-Loomed Rugs 

Washing: Machine wash on a delicate cycle at 30°C (86°F) with mild detergent. Do not use bleach. 
Drying: Lay flat to air dry in a shaded area. Do not tumble dry the rugs. 
Maintenance: Vacuum with suction-only settings to avoid fiber damage. 
Spill Care: Blot spills promptly with an absorbent cloth. 
Rotation & Storage: Rotate every 6–12 months and store wrapped in breathable fabric in a cool, dry space.

Our return and refund policy
We accept returns for defective products or if the wrong item is delivered only. If your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@liriainteriors.com.

Be sure to include photos of the item and the original packaging, labels, and tags still attached. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that we cannot accept returns for used items.
