Our carpets are sourced from Albania and other global regions known for high-quality craftsmanship. Our handmade rugs are woven by skilled artisans in Albania, while our machine-made rugs are produced in select manufacturing locations worldwide.
Currently, our main focus is on carpets, including handmade and machine-made options. However, we are exploring ways to expand our collection with other home decor items inspired by Albanian artistry.
We accept returns for defective products or if the wrong item is delivered only. If your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@liriainteriors.com. Be sure to include photos of the item, along with the original packaging, labels, and tags still attached. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that we cannot accept returns for used items.
Yes! We offer custom carpet options for those looking for a personalized design. Contact us to discuss your ideas, and we'll work with you to create a one-of-a-kind piece.
Custom carpets typically take 8 to 12 weeks to be crafted, depending on the size and complexity of the design. We will provide you with an estimated timeline when you place your order.
