SHIPPING
Shipping costs are determined at checkout based on your location and order size. We strive to process and ship in-stock orders within 2-4 days, though delivery times may vary depending on your destination and courier services. Please be aware that delays can occur during peak seasons, customs processing, or national holidays.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery to their chosen country.
OUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We accept returns for defective products or if the wrong item is delivered only. If your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@liriainteriors.com. Be sure to include photos of the item, along with the original packaging, labels, and tags still attached. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that we cannot accept returns for used items.
Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.
PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order and payment confirmation by email. This confirmation is typically sent immediately after checkout, but in some cases may take up to a few minutes to arrive. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
